We provide a service complete with analysis, design and support for the development of prototype engines, concept engines and innovative solutions, helping the client from the initial assessment of an idea all the way to the development of the final prototype for the dyno.

Our goal is to guarantee support activities that allow us to obtain concrete results, working in the most efficient way possible and without wasting available resources; all the while always ensuring maximum confidentiality of any handled data.

WHAT KIND SERVICES CAN WE PROVIDE?

- First evaluation, feasibility study and benchmarking of the new project to be implemented
- Support for the realization of 3D drawing
- Support for FEM and CFD calculations
- Support for the production and processing of the first prototypes
- Partial 3D design of the prototype to be made
- Total design of the prototype to be built, starting from the first 3D drawings up to the development of the first prototype in the test bed.

WHAT CAN WE ACHIEVE?

DESIGN OF PARTIAL ENGINES:

In addition to complete engines, we design solutions that can be adapted to existing engines.
The aim of this solution is to create a new engine variant by designing a group of components which will replace up to 70% of the engine components to be modified.

CONCEPT ENGINE DESIGN AND REDESIGN:

We provide a new service that allows you to design concept engines, unconventional engines and redesign old models of alternative engines from scratch.
The main aim is to provide a complete project with new technologies and alternative design solutions, also based on solutions of the past.

INNOVATIVE EXPERIMENTAL SOLUTIONS:

In addition to complete engines, individual experimental engine components can be designed and developed on request. In this case we specialize in the development of innovative components that concern the fluid dynamic part of the engine and all those components that affect the friction losses of the engine.

ASSISTANCE FOR PROTOTYPE ENGINES:

Depending on the status of the prototype, we can provide an on-site consulting and assistance service, to develop complete prototype engines and partial solutions.
We can also offer several services that start from the engine analysis for the resolution of anomalies, technical support to develop and improve reliability and performance and finally support for the entire testing activity.

DESIGN OF EQUIPMENT FOR R&D ACTIVITIES:

In addition to engines and individual components, we design equipment that is used in testing for the research and development of racing powertrains.
We mainly design ad hoc systems to perform measurements and experimental tests on the valvetrain components and on the internal fluid dynamics of the engine.
